Shipping policy

  1. Orders placed on business days will be packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends and statutory holidays will be shipped on the next working day. Pre-order items will be delivered according to the timeline marked on product detail pages.
  2. Estimated delivery duration:
  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International cross-border orders: 15–35 days for standard shipping; 7–15 days for expedited dedicated line. Delivery time may be extended due to customs inspection and clearance.
  1. A tracking number will be updated to your order page once the parcel is shipped, you can track logistics information in real time. If there is no logistics update for more than 10 days, please contact customer service to assist with parcel inquiry.
  2. The package is confirmed as successfully delivered once marked as signed by the courier. For lost parcels or damaged outer packaging during transit, please provide photos of the waybill and damaged package for verification, we will arrange reshipment or partial refund accordingly. No compensation will be provided for damage occurring after signature confirmation.
  3. If your package is detained or confiscated by local customs for violating import regulations, the parcel cannot be returned or refunded. Our team can only provide auxiliary materials for customs formalities and will not undertake economic compensation for the order.
